The 9.5 (boring as hell score) exclusive of the 360 and the PS3, in a faceoff. Right here. Right now. inb4differentgenresexcuse. Lets do this. Time to rock and roll baby 8)
Graphics: Uncharted 2 - If I didn't give UC2 this one, I'd probably get the "omg ur a troll/fanboy/fakeboy" thrown at me. I probably still will, but not quite as much. So let's go to what matters.
Story: Halo Reach - While neither is creative, let's get real here, people never watched Indiana Jones for the story it tells, and considering UC2 is in the same vein, some logic applies. Halo Reach had people getting banned for spoilers. Needless to say, the story was a way bigger focus in Reach and as such, it comes out the winner.
Gameplay: Halo Reach - Uncharted 2 is mostly a linear sequence of events that sometimes thinks its Tomb Raider and other times thinks its Gears of War. Fun to watch, but can't stand toe to toe with the extremely refined gameplay of Halo Reach. UC2's polish is in looks and coding (i.e. few to no glitches), Reach's polish is in the gameplay, the refinement of how you play the game and what happens in it.
Music: Halo Reach - This honestly doesn't even need an explanation.
Content: Halo: Reach - UC2 has single player and a multiplayer with a few modes as well as a co-op mode that's kind of just... there. Reach has the singla player campaign, co-op that was never an afterthought, Firefight, Forge, dozens of multiplayer modes, Theater, etc. The overwhelming amount of content to Halo Reach has no equal in UC2. This isn't even up for debate.
So, its time to place the crown. Who gets it?
Overall Winner: Halo: Reach
By a landslide too. There's little that Uncharted 2 can stand toe to toe with Reach in, beyond the graphics. Add into that the fact UC2 is largely forgotten by now while Reach will still be played actively for years to come.
Don't worry though, there's still MGS4. Which isn't as good as SMG2. Can't catch a break eh guys :)
