Halo Reach, Console Graphics king?

People are so damn presumptuous on this board. We don't even have a damn screenshot for Halo Reach so it doesn't even make sense to start proclaiming it a gaphics king.

I hope it will look great but last time i saw Bungie pushing at graphic department was when Halo:CE came out the other 2 halo games looks nothing special or just bad for it timesSyferonik

It most certainly can become the next CONSOLE GRAPHICS KING, but only when it comes out. Halo Reach may take the Crown from Killzone 2 at Holiday 2010 when Halo Reach Comes out, for sure.

You can't crown images and demo's, just the actual game. So, it has a chance, but right now, there is NOTHING to even look at...and when there is something to look at, it won't matter till we can play the game for ourselves to figure it out, eh.

It's a Xmas 2010 Game anyways (Like Two Years away.).

Yeah, I noticed that some gamers are excited and talk about games that are far away and have games coming sooner from the same developer, Like Mass Effect 2, Halo Reach, et cetera.

Both will be great games, but the Developers that make those have games coming sooner, Bioware has Dragon Age, and Bungie has Halo 3 ODST expansion. So, it's almost as if fans aren't insterested in the developers latest offerings, and are more hyped for the stuff they have on the backburners.

Kinda odd, but it's all good. :)

bungie has never used the same engine one time in two of there games includeing halo 3 and odst there both differant with that said why the hell wouldnt reach have its own engine, odst looks way better then halo 3 and its not even that big of a game reach is getting way more development time so they gona be able to polish it up way more i expect it well set a new bar in gaming graphics wise

I don't think that's much of a Reach :P I'll be pulling for Bungie on this one.

Yeah i meant graphics.

The term console and graphics king in the same sentence needs to be abolished. You are either the king or you're not. How console exclusive is shunned upon (as it should be) yet console graphics king isn't is beyond me. Consoles are not Kings of graphics and fighting for who's the least inferior is not a title fit for a king.

It has to look better than Uncharted 2, and if anyone says Halo isn't known for graphics, remember Halo Combat Evolved, didn't that game have some of the best graphics on a console for it's time?

I find it hard to imagine a Halo game with awesome graphics, but I'll believe it when I see it.

Seeing as Halo 3 is a jaggy, sub-HD mess with horrible character models, I'm going to have to say no until some screenshots/gameplay videos surface.

Didn't Microsoft announce a new Engine specifically for the 360. Can't remember where I read it, but if they do, I would assume Halo: Reach would be one of the first games to use this engine.

I would be surprised if they still use the same engine.
