This is a thread for all the people who love to Bash Halo every two seconds. For all those who hate Halo because it's so popular or because your console doesn't have it and you feel since it doesn't you must bash it then admit how huge and great of a game it is, this is your thread. And for those of you who apparently think Halo is a Tribes ripoff cough* Yo_Foo *Cought, this is for you.
So feel free to Bash Halo all you want here and leave the SW forum alone for other topics that make sense since 90% of all Halo threads make little sense... like asking if Halo 3 will sell more then Killzone 2 lol

I think Crackdown is going to give us a good idea of how many people are going to get Halo 3 for sure. With as many 360 as there are out there, I don't think your numbers are too far off... But I could be wrong.

First time i played Halo i thought yeah, this is easily the best shooter availible for consoles, but overally it is just repetitive and not that great. Second time round i hate it even more, uninspiring weapons, same enemies over and over.
How can anyone honestly equate HALO with TRIBES!? I have never heard that, and quite frankly don't understand that... Halo is Marathon. Duh.musicalmac
Tribes was a classic game, but Halo is in a whole other league compared to Tribes. IMHO, Halo is the king of Console FPS, then comes Gears, then R6:Vegas, then R:FoM.

C'mon guys, that was Yo_Foo in a created account. Most (emphasis on that) Hermits don't hate Halo, it's part of our platform after all. I know:P But I've heard at least 15 PC gamers say Halo is a blatant rip-off of tribes.

halo is not crap,but if you say that halo 2 is crap i will partially agree,i hated the fact you played as the race i sticked plasma grenades on and shot at in halo 1,hopefully that doesn't happen in halo 3.

You hated the fact that the story actualy had twists and wasn't completely one sided? You hated the fact that the focus went temporarily from drudging Master Chief to the far more interesting Arbiter? Ok, if that's your opinion....
The reason why people bash Halo: Because it is not on their system. You fanboys will probably say "we don't need this crap on our system".... well, look what happened to Oblivion. When it was only coming to the 360, all cows were "this game will suck", but now that it is coming to the PS3 "yaaay". If Halo was on the PS3, then there would be no complaints. It's the way of the fanboys... I can't stand fanboys...
Halo 3 does look like total crap. I'll give you that.
Why wasn't Halo 3 on Original Xbox? Its graphics suck!!

Bungie stated that their game wasn't going to be about the graphics (starting to think like Nintendo now x) ) They are focusing on the story and gameplay.
