are you kidding? how many games have you played? Dead space isnt particularly difficult even on impossible. RE4 on proffesional was deffinitly harder.

If we are counting internet games I want to be the Guy is the hardest game that I have ever played.

Falcon 4.

It came with a 400 page manual for starters.

I think black or hurricane pack had the highest difficulty they added to the game along with a lunar staff and the double swords if i remember correctly i was never able to beat it on that mode.

I actually find the original one harder than black because you couldn't charged up your ultimate technique without the help of absorbed essence where as in Ninja Gaiden Black you could just hold the Y button to charged it up even if there is no essence around. This might not sound like much to others but in the where enemies don't drop essence it becomes relatively hard to take down the bigger and stronger enemies.

I think the mode you are referring to is the Eternal Legend mode found in missions mode where there were 5 phases that you had to go through to just to unlocked one of Ryu costumes.It was a pain but with right strategy and knowing what to buy, this mode is relatively easy compare to the master ninja difficulty in my opinion. Oh and you are correct about the two weapons that were added to the expansion packs. For me this game was tied with F-Zero for the hardest game I have played so far.

I have to agree this gen was noob friendly, the only game that was haaaarrrrrrrddddddddd this gen was Ninja Gaiden Sigma without being cheap.

I said it once and I'll say it again.

To all people saying Ninja Gaiden:

Go play FINAL DOOM. It's just nuts. On the easiest difficulty, I gave up before the end.
