Hardest Mode on any game?

Tetris. It's unbeatable :O

Devil May Cry 3- Dante must Die mode. Very challenging.

Resident Evil 4 - Pro mode. Not hard but still takes alot of skill imo

Ninja Gaiden -Master Ninja mode. I broke atleast 2 controllers. i havent beaten it yet. only very hard.

Guitar Hero 3 - Expert. One, nuf said ;)

XD seriously? compared to some games this isnt hard at all. The clones in the first game was the onl hard part. took a few tries but not hard.

Titan mode in the 2nd game is harder tho. The translator part where you have to protect him. now thats hard.... but nothing impossible like Ninja gaiden :/

NGS in the hardest mode makes ME MAD! I swear I almost gor green while playing it.

Veteran in KZ2 vs Radec .... unbelievable.Nonstop-Madness

Probably survival in Left4Dead imo

I played uncharted on charted recently. My god did I ever scream bloody murder. In that game the goons actually jump you insted of staying far aways behind cover and you die in about 2 to 3 good shots. Also the guys take alot and I mean alot of ammo. They even scuff off granade launchers. Getting that plat was hard hard work. I guess also KZ2. I still havent beat it on the hardest. Im up to the last spot and its just insane.

Elite is the hardest difficulty in killzone 2 and its crazy hard when ur in the last stage

Dante must die mode comes to mind, specifically for DMC3. Wow that was hard but I got through will all S's 8)

God of War II, Titan mode.

CoD4 or W@W on veteran, Its just cheap most of the time you die because of the endlessly spawning enemies that dont go away until you cross a certain point. Plus they can throw grenades 200Ft and they land 2 inches away from you -_-Wii_Gamer_277

Your brain has obviously blocked the memory of the Solidus tentacle torture part... on EE, I literally had to cheat to get past that part. I used a hair trimmer to mash that button :oops:

STALKER:SOC + Realism modes, on the highest difficulty.

Ghosts and Goblins in Ultimate Mode. beat that.

Bioshock on Surivor, holy damn was that hard.

To me MGS4 had the hardest difficulty of any other game i played

I'd say the the first Doom series on Nightmare if that's allowed to count.

2 very old titles spring to mind .. there was , sword of vermillion (really not crazy hard , but no saving and having to redo huge sections made the overrall difficulty astoundingly high) .. and there was another on the super nintendo , i believe it was called 'pugsleys adventure' (addams family game) .. it had tons of levels , with very difficult platforming .. you rarely if ever got extra lives , and once you used up all of your 1up's it was over , no saves , continues .. just restarting again from the start ..

so again , these didnt pose huge issues with thier overall difficulty , but few if any have seen the latter levels of either .. so they stand out as the hair-pulling-est games I remember
