Superman 64.
I didn't know a game could be so bad.
And I cried for the $8 or so I spent renting that trash.

Argo....died?
No game made me cry but Shadow of the Colossus made me feel sad and bad for what I did when I finished the game and saw the ending sequence...
Still its one of the best games I ever played...
I wouldn't go as far as to say a game actually made me "cry", but there were times when games did tug at my heart far more effectively than the most melodramatic movies.
ICO and FFX are notable ones.

MGS3 ending was touching.
The death of Gremio in the first Suikoden was hard to accept, it made me sick for a week, lol, all week constant bashing for the director, lol.

Ohhhh I cant believe he did that, why not trow in a last name, maybe an address and credit card number. You cant let him get away with revealing you secret ID.
I have yet to come across a game that has, but I'm searching. I feel that if a game can make me cry, it has such a well-crafted story and has created such an emotional connection with the characters and the gamer that it could possibly be in the running to be one of my top games of all time.
Surprisingly, MGS3 and FFX didn't do much for me. I plan to play MGS3 again and see if I feel it now, but FFX was just... I don't know I was so involved with the story and hearing the theme "To Zanarkand" brings a wave of emotions in, but the ending could have been done so much better in my eyes. I think the most emotional parts in the entire game are the beginning video (getting to that part in the game and thinking what sacrifices were being made... hearing the music, it was deep) and the ending part with Tidus and Jecht.
Games that get close to bringing me to tears are Shadow of the Colossus, Kingdom Hearts 2, possibly Kingdom Hearts if I play it again and find out, and I know there are a few more but I just can't think of them.
Have you ever been brought to tears by a game before??
one common answer i get is ICO

Halo3, it was so disappointing it made me cry
Yes.......GTA 3 and Halo 2. For GTA 3, it was my most anticipated title for 2001 and two days after launch i couldn't find a copy anywhere and it made me cry. And after spending one night in front of circuit city and waiting 4hr in line, i had to leave empty handed. Those games made me cry out of frustration. But no game has made me cry emotionally.bigevil_rashek
This just IN!... turns out Frustration is an Emotion!
