Think they might have nailed the level design, reminds me of Halo Reach's open style of levels, pick which objective to go for. The kind of armour abilities look great too, kinda like crysis but cooler looking, pair that with the gunplay of Killzone 3 and you're on to a winner. They've fixed those problems plus made weapons more future like and interesting, more interesting main character i reckon and so far more varied and colourful environments. If the story is good and character has more depth then this could be a really good title, those who cried generic at the first reveal, shame on you.hoosier7

Is it a launch title?

Playing as a Shadow Marshall is a kickass concept. All of the new abilities like the Drone, Slow-Mo, Enemy Scanner etc. can really change up the gameplay. It won't just be another aim, shoot, aim, shoot shooter. The sandbox aspect is also really refreshing.

I would say it's clearly the opposite. KZ looks great, don't get me wrong, but it's not on the same level of Crysis 3. I also wish they would get rid of the current vegetation assets, specifically the trees.

trees look kindao f iffy for you too eh? I think Killzone rivals Crysis 3 however I will need to see some direct shots. iam impressed with tis bump mapping from the inital reveal, I find it amazing how good the launch title games are looking aswell for gimped 7850s :P
