I think more 3rd parties going multiplat will hurt Sony more than MS. The 360 is cheaper than the PS3 so if you can get many of the same games on both of them people will chose the cheaper option. There isn't many big 3rd party exclusives the 360 could loose. Off the top of my head there is DOA 4/5, Ninja Gaiden 2, Lost Planet, Dead Rising and Eternal Sonata. These aren't as big as some of the games the PS3 could loose or has already lost like Virtua Fighter 5, DMC 4, GTA 4 as a time exclusive, Ace Combat 6, Tekken 6, FFXIII and MGS 4.
The 360 does have some other nice looking 3rd party exclusives but these are locked into exclusive deals and are being published by Microsoft. These games include Gears of War, Mass Effect, Blue Dragon, Lost Odyssey, Inifinate Undiscovery and PGR 4. Then there is the 1st party exclusives for both platforms and I don't think there is a clear winner there.
