Has this gen changed your top three all time games?

No. I don't think I have a top three, more like a top two.

Arkham City makes a strong case, Mass Effect 2 is in my top 10, Final Fantasy 13 is tied with Final Fantasy 9 as my 3rd favorite FF game.

Top 3? Hmmm...Nop, Bayonetta and SMG are pretty close, but they can't surpass OoT, Chrono Trigger and Metroid Prime.

It hasn't changed mine one bit.

And that's a bit sad honestly. :(

I'm sure one masterpiece will come along before the gen's over though.

I have no idea. I know my top rated game ever (Majora's Mask) but past that I don't feel comfortable ranking my all time favorite games. I will say that this gen definitley has some of my all time favs though, like Knights in the Nightmare, DQIX, Silent Hill Shattered Memories, Just Cause 2 and more.

Hmm my top 3 are probably Metroid Prime, Deus Ex, and Quake 3. So no.

Yes. I haven't played many games before last gen. Consider me a n00b, if you will.

ME2 took a top 3 spot. FFX and KotOR are the other two.

Nope. I have a top 5 and none are from this gen. Castlevania: Symphony of the Night, Resident Evil 4, Warcraft 3, Starcraft, Diablo 2. Although Starcraft 2 is growing on me.

Yes... my top 3 are Pokemon Soul Silver, Pokemon Black, Pokemon Fire Red. If sequels don't count my only favorite game is Pokemon :( I enjoy video games but I can't say I like them That much... just pokemon :|

I would say you're safe. Most people here give CoD4 the credit it deserves. Such a great campaign.

It really depends on the mood I'm in honestly. Contenders would definitely be:

• Super Mario Galaxy
• Half-Life 2 (The Orange Box)
• Red Dead Redemption
• Uncharted 2: Among Thieves
• Batman: Arkham City
• And so far... The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim

So although I couldn't give a definite list of three, there are some fromthis gen that could easily take the spots. Others from past gens would include:

• The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess
• Final Fantasy XII
• Castlevania: Symphony of the Night
• Metroid: Prime
• Super Mario Bros 3

Now it is: i) ME2 ii) HL2 iii) KoTOR

CoD4 campaign was awesome (MW3 is so bad I still cringe) and at the time had destroyed any other's online multiplayer IMO. I think you're safe.

The MP is alright but honestly I have playde the campaign multiple times. (Because it is so short.)

Well, it would probably be there, except I have this rule where I only allow one game per franchise on my list (or my top 10 would be dominated by Zelda and Pokemon). So #1 is A Link to the Past (till I find a Zelda game I like better), #2 is Pokemon Black/White (which knocked out Gold/Silver earlier this year), #3 is Super Smash Bros. Melee, #4 is God of War, #4 is Dragon Age: Origins, and so on. I'm interested in seeing where I will eventually place Skyrim on this list.charizard1605
