If Crysis was multiplat (not 7th gen. 8 gen game since 7th gen wont work). same mechanics, same graphics. no PC gamer would praise it much and will see regen health, on rail segment and scripted segment as consolized. but in case of Crysis 1 its not.
Metro Exodus has more depth than Crysis yet it was criticize.
Non of that changes anything. Crysis was a PC only game and was released 4 years later debuting console support for the Cryengine. You cannot claim no PC gamer would praise the game when it already received praised. No matter how much mental gymnastics 🤸♀️ you perform.
This is not about your cinematic walking game Metro Exodus.
Theres no walking segment in Metro Exodus. few and far cinematics in first hours then game open up and show far more depth than Crysis ever had.
I can't think of any. That's probably because I'm the one hating (hate might be too strong) these sequels. The original idea is generally more pure/superior, and going back to the well usually yields diminishing returns.

This is not an issue of disagreement but making a silly claim and basing that silly claim on nonsense. Claiming that Crysis was consolized when it was made exclusively for PC during the development is downright silly.

It was made for PC. It was PC game that play like 7th gen console shooters. that was my point.
beside, I liked Crysis 1 alot. beat it multiple times.
