Hayashi is going to be the new man at tecmo. he's very disciplined hard working and silent and not arrogant like itagki. i know this because. last year when sigma was released on the Ps3 if you bought the limited edition it came with a documentary on tecmo and it show how team ninja conducted themselves while working and on there leisure time. the dvd had an interview with tecmo Pres. and he said how the company was getting ready for Hayashi to take over one day. that day came sooner than any one thought.

it also showed how all the guys at team ninja go to the bar and get drunk after work but hayashi would have one drink get up go sit by himself and finish some of his office work while Itagaki and co. are trying to sing karaoke after downing a gallon of beer.

Hes done an excellent job on Sigma and when asked "was the PS3 hard to develop for"? he laughed and then replied NO its like a little puzzle at first but then it was real easy. its a great machine."

even though im a sony fanboy. Lems shouldn't feel distressed over Itagaki leaving, tecmo wanted this loser gone after NG2 was finished anyway. because if they thought he was important to the company, what happened wouldn't have happened.

you'll still get DOA and NG3.but this time it will be done right. and with out the smack talk. i just hope for multi-plat :D

what other great games is their for him to port thats in temcos catalog.

I don't know what completely happened between Tecmo and Itagaki but it seems like Tecmo screwed him over by not giving him the bonuses or raises he deserves. He makes great games and when Tecmo decides to be a ***** to him, he decided to be a ***** back. Thats probably why he has been a jerk or arrogant lately. Oh and he quit on his own too. He didn't get fired or anything. Tecmo lost a good developer in itagaki and it was probably their fault.

Exactly. Tecmo screwed Itagaki, plain and simple. So what did Itagaki do? He did the same thing that he did with his last dog, took 'em out back. Itagaki quit on Tecmo, because they screwed him. End of story.

what? you do realize that the ninja gaiden design and concept came from ITAGAKI right? I hate cows, they think Sigma is a different game than Ninja Gaiden, while its a remake of the same damn game with some minor additions. Had Team Ninja realeased it for X360 it would look the exact same. But why would they need to? With Ninja Gaiden Black and NG 1 the XBOX had its fill of Ninja Gaiden and Sigma is the same damn game again.

who do you think created the Ryu that is in Sigma? looks like the same character model from the XBOX version to me, which means it's Itagaki who should take the credit, not Hayashi. Well if you made great games like he has would you be arrogant too? I think you would. He has a right to be arrogant cause he is successful. I just find it amazing how some people hate on him that much. I'm a fan of his games. The DOA games and NG games are some of the most entertaining and challenging games i've played in my lifetime. Whoever picks up Itagaki will have one hell of a developer added to their arsenal. I wouldn't be surprised if microsoft quickly went after him after all the games he's made for them.

Why should it matter how he acted? The manis owed money for completion of his job. How would you like it if your job wouldn't pay you money that you were owed. You're saying he's brilliant when he's made nothing. A port of a last gen game with pretty much nothing changed besides adding rachel missions which were horribly designed does not equal to making a game. He just ported it. It wasn't his idea. It was itagaki's. He maybe the man now but until he creates his own game, i wouldn't consider him brilliant.
