Nice, I'm still expecting about an 8.5 here, I could see them giving it below 9 because it won't exactly appeal to that large of an audience, it all depends if it appeals to the reviewer himself, because if that does not happen it can score even lower.

Pretty sure I remember hearing before that hype thread polls don't matter since a lot of people who don't even intend to buy the game would over-hype it so they can claim ownage when it flops.

Your game doesn't need to appeal to a large audience to get a 9.0. It just has to be really great.

Your game doesn't need to appeal to a large audience to get a 9.0. It just has to be really great. Yeah but it backfires if the reviewer is not part of that particular audience.

Said it once and ill say it again, this game can score AAA across all sites and it wont appeal to me. After shenmue QTEs were never the same and ill never play a whole game full of QTEs thats crazy.

Gamespot seem to favor strong stories and on the lenght part, well you can play through the game and try different scenarios.

Yes, acutaly pressing buttons at correct times is so much more stupider then spamming your fire button like crazy and throwing in a grenade button here or there rite?

lol i see what hes trying to get at though, anyway games seems great! it should score 8.8 imo day 1 buy
I am not a fan of the gameplay at all, but I will probably go ahead and buy this one just for the story. After playing the demo again, I feel that is a redeemable enough quality for me to actually enjoy it. If anything, it will simply offer up something different from the norm these days. For that, I am willing to go ahead and give the full game a shot.

looks good, and looks like a purchase with the different choices meaning multiple playthroughs. one of the best storys in gaming according to ign, so it looks like there will be no silly twist in this game like farenheit, which is good.

There are no rules on Gamespot SW, its anarchy.
There is no Only GS counts rule nor is there an official hype thread to determine flops. The hype is all over the place but there is certainly no "rules" here on SW.
Anarchy rules the day.
OT: Awesome review, has a 90 on MC and can't wait till next week when I can pick this bad boy up.
