Not to mention, if we're talking replay value... The ME games are probably the most replayable RPG's to date.

Diablo says Hi! ;)
I love ME2 and all (like a first-born son), but I think Diablo really hit the "replayability" thing about as hard as it's possible to hit it.
Really? Dragon Age and Mass Effect have virtually zero similarity...

Welllll... I hate to interject on his behalf, but may I point out the DAO Origin story up to Ostagar's joining ceremony, and Mass 1's Citadel prelude up to the Spectre recruitment? :P
I only say it for comedic purposes, but the similarities were pretty funny to me when I noticed them.
Most RPGs are like this though, they baby you for an hour or two, then a huge catastrophic event turns the world on it's head, you have to step up, and the training wheels come off. It's not just a BioWare thing.
EDIT: What is with Gamespot absolutely BUTCHERING my posts, screwing up the quotes, etc.? Really quite annoying to type 5 paragraphs and have it come out as a big fat blob of text that nobody will read (I wouldn't).
Well if you dig hard enough you're going to find similarities in EVERY game... JRPG's have basically made the same game time after time for over 20 years. To say that "once you've played one bioware game you've played them all" is like saying, "i've eaten the yummiest chocalate cake on Earth, I dont wish to eat anymore..." its just stupid.
