Hey cows what do you think about Gears and Halo3?

they are good games i just prefer games on the ps3 :P

was thinking about getting the xbox arcade as a present for my brother graduation

no lie, I love both games, in fact, halo 2 is my favourite game of all time

Don't address specific fanboy groups...anyways:

Gears= ownage Halo= okay.

Halo Sucks and Gears sucks.

Played both and didn't like em.

Not sure about Halo 2 or 3 never played them.

Gears 2 looks good.

I only have a PS3 but if I were to get an Xbox those 2 games I'd get for sure. Something about a chainsaw at the end of gun just makes me feel warm inside.

I like halo 3 I play it alot

I thought the Resistance multiplayer was pretty poor, but I enjoyed single player a good bit.

Nope, I honestly can't remember the last FPS single player campaign I enjoyed....they're just way to freakin repetitive for my tastes.

I just got Gears last week for PC, and I am very impressed. (I make Marcus run alot cuz it looks so damn cool)

I have never played Halo 3 so I cannot comment on it. The only Halo I have ever played is Combat Evolved on PC....I did not really care for it.

Anyways, Gears was a good game and I've never committed enough time on Halo 3 to really judge it.

I sure did.

They're jealous and mad because it's not on their consoles and that Halo is one of the biggest shooters ever made and Gears of War 2 is sequel to the 9.6 GOTY game - of course they have to be mad and bash these games for nothing.

Shooters? No thanks,i hate shooters,ovverrated crap,i love Platformers (ratchet) and action games (Uncharted and MGS4 like-wise) until a good Platformer comes,i aint buying a 360Ace132

Gears of War is more action than Uncharted or MGS 4 can dream of.

Gears of War

I enjoyed Gears of war 1(SP). Multiplayer was awful. Gears of war 2 looks disappointing in almost every way and seems to have framerate problems.

Halo 3

IMO the whole halo series is a bit overrated,not bad but very average. Halo 1 was good back in the day when it came out but after that its all average and its pretty much at the same level as redfaction 1 is. halo3 was bad and felt rushed because of the old engine.

Gears is a meh. Didn't like it to much.

But Halo... Halo is terrible :)
