Well mine like many many others says made in china. It may be an American console but most definitely not made in America.

So, by this categorization ... the Wii is the best selling American made console, because some of it's chips were designed by American companies. If we're using such narrow ideas of `American made' ... then why not focus on the chip design?

This is the stupidest achievement I've ever heard. American jingoism at it's finest .... just nevermind those Chinese who actually make the real product, get paid dirt to do it.
