I think that after this game and the new brothers in arms, everyone should just STOP making WW2 FPS, just for a couple of years, thats all I'm asking, just a couple of years. Cuz this is really getting ridiculous. I picture some game designer in a company meeting, saying "hey! why not make another one!" and everyone applauds...SpaceDragonMan

The last decent WWII FPS was CoD2, which came out in 2005.......so yeah, it actually has been a couple of years.

too bad it doesn't play that well. i was really disappointed in the enemy and ally AI -- it's honestly the worst i've seen this year in terms of AI (and yes, i've played hour of victory!).3picuri3

Hmmm.....the 360 version must suck then. Almost everyone that has played the PC version has loved it, but almost everyone who has played the 360 version has hated it. The controls are perfect for the PC version and the graphics are superb. Definently one of the best looking games this year (at least the PC version). The AI is actually pretty good. I don't know what you're talking about. Remember, the AI in the demo was number 1 on the AI difficulty list, meaning it is the least difficult. I downloaded the AI mod which unlocks the Elite SS AI and it makes it sooo much more difficult. Also, make sure you play on the "Expert" difficulty setting. The AI does actually get smarter when you up this difficulty setting. It's even been said by the devs in a recent interview.

Actually, a lot of people on the official forums are pissed off at the AI, frame rate issues, and invisible walls (however, EA confirms that the demo has limited the airdrops and cut off parts of the map).

I loved it however. It ran steady even on my underspec computer. I'll be getting it for the multiplayer.

How? The game is god awful. The graphics are ok, gameplay is ridiculously bad, AI is one of the worst I've ever seen, and the controls are wonky. What's to like about this game?

I played the Demo on the 360 and I felt that the graphics were worse than Call of Duty 3 and on par if not worse than Call of Duty 2.And the gameplay just plain sucked.The controls were horrible and the gunplay was almost as bad.Unless theres a miracle and it scores above an 8 here i'm definitely not getting it.BatmanBegins24

That's so weird, it's the exact opposite for me. Their must be some serious problems with the 360 version. The graphics are definently better than CoD2, by far on the PC version. The gameplay was excellent as well as the controls. The lean/peek controls are the best in an FPS to date IMO. The gunplay is top notch.

You now what? I am going to download the demo for my 360, cause I don't really understand how people could say the graphics are meh, and the gunplay is horrible, because most of those things were great in the demo I played for my PC.:|MIYAMOTOnext007

i'm talking about the PC version - it's worst AI i've seen in my life. if i don't get any backup in here maybe i'll make you some videos and up em to youtube. it may look shiny and polished, but the game underneath the dressing is rather lacking IMHO.

are you kidding? try playing R6:Vegas, it puts the MOH system to shame. the main thing that ticked me off about MOH was this stupid system -- it forces you to stay still while using ironsights, which is BS. if you're in ironsights and standing in the middle of the street you'll just do these stupid awkward leans in whatever direction you press. you never lean up against cover -- and there is no blind-shooting.

other cons:

-no bullet penetration

-invisible walls

-wooden doors that you can't open

-abysmal AI

-poor audio implementation, i.e. audio for weapons doesn't change based on location (alley, in a small room, etc).

-stupid freaking health pick ups, i don't know why devs still do this, gimme a freaking medic ffs, i am in an airborne platoon.. they usually have one or two. don't just make it so i have to run over this glowing med kit in the middle of a room.

it does have a nice finishing coat, but this game will get pretty poor reviews based on what's under the pretty hood.

I never played any WW2 shooters in a while...so this is like a new setting for me..to much Sci Fi (Halo, Gears, Star Wars)
