I really dont know how to phrase what Im about to say without sounding ignorant but in their minds movies arent as open to children because up until a certain age your parents choose what movies you do or dont see while with videogames your parents still filter what you buy but not as easily as movies. The thing is that you are taking an extreme and making it into a norm. There are as many church going folk that accept gays. When you have a situation such as the one you highlighted, keep in mind that it's mostly out of frustration than bible talk, especially if it's an only child. Parents see this as a halt of their future plans. Most parents want their kids to have kids so a sense of legacy lives on. Sure, you can say there are ways that gay people can have babies but to a parent, it's just not the same.

Homosexuality and it's issues within society goes even deeper than what I stated and even goes deeper than church and religion. You simply can't paint it as a black and white because it's simply more than that.

With 10% of men being  g a y  and 5% of women being lesbian, I think it would be nice if, once in a while we see games that have homosexual themes and features. For example, GTAIV could have the option of dating boyfriends instead of just girlfriends. Or we could see a Prince of Persia game, but instead of falling in love and saving a woman, the prince could fall in love and save a man. G a y  people like myself sometimes feel alienated in this regard. I understand that the majority of the world is straight, but it would be nice to see, once in a while, a game that caters to the gay crowd. It could at least be an option in the game menu or something. Does this all sound fair?NYCgamer47

Dude, its a book passed down from generation to generation and those generations stretch back from over 1000 yrs ago. I would think it contradicts. I 've read it  New Testament doesnt ,Old Testament does  and is made up of some stories not fact like the new( Christian Fact).

eating meat was never considered a sin, but eating meat of an animal that was sacrificed to an idol was a sin. You're taking things drastically out of context. It's true that things do change, but the 10 commandments hold as true today as they did thousands of years ago. The morals in the stories still hold thier weight even to this day.

Ok what makes you think people who are not gay wants to see that. I know if I had a son I would not want him to be expose to that type of stuff. I have nothing agaisnt g a y people, but I believe their decision is wrong and will not support it. Playing encharted arms was a little uncomfortable for me because I didn't like what I was seeing. Thankfully the g a y character did not play an intergral part in the game.

The Bible and the Christian Religion does say that if you have these "Urges" sustain. But hey why would god make someone like that and who i to belive anything anymore, we all know that the media always lies and yes Im refering to parts of the bible as medias propaganda.
