Horizon State of Play has more views than Microsoft E3 and Nintendo E3

Wow, it seems like Sony may have won E3 after all.

Nintendo appeals mostly to casuals and non-gamers who don't know what E3 is. Xbox is still completely irrelevant in most parts of the world.

PlayStation is just on an entirely different level than those 2. That's why Sony can skip a show like E3. I've been saying it all along, they are bigger than E3. The ESA needs Sony, not the other way around.

Halo Infinite generated a lot of controversy due to Craig's appearance. Didn't help it draw views.

The Nintendo Direct for temporary port releases has over 9 million views.

Sony just can't compete, not even with old Direct showcases.

That's a re-upload of the Nintendo E3 stream. The original live stream had more than a million concurrent viewers. Nintendo later took it down and re-uploaded the full stream, which got 1.4 million views in 3 days. So in reality the Nintendo E3 stream got between 2.5 million and 3 million views in 3 days.

As for the BOTW video, wait until 3 weeks time to see whether it matches Horizon. It's not a fair comparison to pit a 3 day old video against a 3 week old video.

Not convinced you can compare like that. BUT Horizon sure was way more appealing than anything shown at the MS conference. Guerilla has made sensible improvements to an already fantastic IP.
