Both because
-New IP
-Not a played out genre/concept
Presentation wise Horizon was smoother, but we're talking annoying characters and I like beats by drew way more than that bitch who was giving me every little fucking detail on what she is doing (the former is cheese, I like video games that know they are cheesy, the latter is condescending). Beyond that they both look fun for different reasons, but both come off in a very lite-rpg sense at best. Effectively they still look like action games. Beyond that having a dragon friend vs taking down robotic dinosaurs? Actually think both sound badass.
If you didn't tell me who the developers were I'd say push, with a slight edge to Horizon for having a smoother presentation that gives me the impression that I'll be playing it sooner. Scalebound I could see being delayed, and probably should be a 2017 game if it's meant to be a holiday 2016 game (you know safe side and everything).
Otherwise in no way shape or form am I trusting GG over Platinum Games, much less Hideki Kamiya. But I'm looking forward to both.
