While there are a few PC games that are technically ahead of HZD (Star Citizen, TW3 at Ultra Settings in 4K) there are none that match it on a purely visual level.

No true. Witcher 3 and Assassin Creed Origins/Unity have better graphics when it comes down to third person open world games. It depends what are you comparing it to. Many first person games beat HZD in graphics as well. It's pretty silly to say that HZD is better than any game on PC. Looks like a troll thread rather than TC looking for a proper discussion.

Post processing has nothing to do with making a game play smoother or even appear smoother... if anything it does the opposite because it hogs system resources. Motion blur at lesat gives you the illusion of it being smoother than it is, but only if implemented right. It doesn't actually make it smoother, though.

60 fps is smoother than 30 fps. This is not up for debate, it's a fact.

Why don't you go back to your original argument that HZD arguably looks better than PC games rather than it factually performs worse, yeah?
