mgs is the worst series of games ever hyped. tons of cutscenes with a completly dumb story. the worst part is that its not even a good stealth game. thief and sc are superior games when it comes to stealth

Btw, is the demo of sigma representative of the game dificulty ? Was wondering because everyone here say its not a buttons masher like the other games of the genre, but when i played the demo i beat that level and the boss on 1st try without knowing what i was doing, just pushing buttons more or less randomly when attacking.

I liked NGS but I wouldn't buy a 360 for the sequel. Especially when MGS4 is coming out the same month.

Well if I had a 360 I will defenetly buy it I liked the NG on the xbox it was awesome. I only have the PS3 and no I'm not a PS3 fanboy just a gamer but I don't think I can buy another console.

I'll admit I'm a MGS fan but not like those who keep bashing Halo in the MGS4 thread which is ridiculous., but MGS has one of the best stories ever and MGS4 offers new features never seen in the past MGS games.

NG is a great game just because its sells aren't the big doesn't mean it is not great.

Can some1 give this man an award for being the most smartest gamer on the planet, lol. I mean dude he said mgs has the dumbest storyline so he must really be a smart person. Before u embarrass yourself any further, dont even bring up splinter cell and thief because the storyline in the mgs series would make the story in those games look like pre school story's. Dont be angry at the metal gear games for u not liking them, blame your brain that is prolly the size of an ant for not being able to understand greatness from any mgs game. :P

I feel bad for these people. Even if the 360 tooks 6 months to come back from the repair service (which it takes considerably less than a month), I'd rather have 3 and a half years of X360 than 4 years of ps3. Youre just selling yourself short, making your gaming decision on something irrelevant from the games...

I heard they nerfed Sigma some to make it easier and more accessible. For the true Ninja Gaiden experience, you gotta try Ninja Gaiden Black. You'll get your ass kicked in the first few fights if you try to button mash, much less the rest of the game.
