[QUOTE="the_h_bomb"][QUOTE="Wanderer5"] Some of those dumb down playstation games are great, and a few are even better then most DS games. Yes it got owned by the DS, but it doesn't suck, and it probably a lot better then any non nintendo handhelds. Plus it getting better recently.

someof may be great, but they're worthless to anyone who owns a PS2 or PS3, and there are over 100 million out there so i'm guessing that's quite a few people.
I'm fully aware that it isn't completely worthless but Cows need to be put in their place. In the past few days they've turned the PSP into some kind of amazing handheld when it is in reality a second rate ipod wannabe that plays dumbed down PS2 games and has hardly any good exclusives
The piece of crap is pretty much finised after crisi core and cows are still going on about how awesome it is
And DS fanboys need to realized that it isn't a piece of crap and stop saying it as a fact. But I not going to waste arguing with you.
I must say, a year or two after the PSP came out, I was guilty of this as well. Does the PSP have as broad a library as the DS? No. Does it sometimes try too hard to be a media player, and not a videogame system (PS3 syndrome)? Yes. But you know what? If you've got a taste for some of the classic games, and you wouldn't mind playing the occasional game that feels like it should be on a console (Silent Hill Origins for example), the PSP is a great little system. It's got a decent amount of pick up and play games (Locoroco, Patapon, Lumines, Wipeout), some excellent exclusives (God of War, Crisis Core), a bunch of games that were good enough to port to the PS2 (the GTA games, Silent Hill), and some amazing ports/remakes (FF I, 2, and Tactics, Castlevania, etc.). I'd say there's something for anyone on the system, fanboys aside.
