[QUOTE="LittleHands134"]I'm a fan of some adventure games.
I enjoyed Grim Fandango, Monkey Island, and the Sam & Max games. Is Heavy Rain anything like those? From what I've seen so far this looks like a movie with a PaRappa styled overlay to give the player an illusion of actual gameplay.

It's different. The "puzzles" aren't fixed or anything. Depending on how you complete a certain objective, the storyline and gameplay carry out in a different manner than if you would've done something else.
Have you played Farenheit/Indigo Prophecy? I think it's an evolution of that type of gameplay.
I would hope though, there would be less mini-games/quick-time events. I really can't wait for the day I see the traditional adventure game married with the ambitious concept Quantic Dream is putting forth.
That seems pretty interesting, I might try out Indigo Prophecy and see if it changes my opinion.
Why don't any of the Heavy Rain trailers seem to be advertising these features? From what I've seen so far it just seemed like vague, cryptic, graphics flexing.
