How come the attach rate for the 360 is so much more than the competition?

What's the 360's attach rate? Unless it's over 6, it's not much higher. Don't take people's word for it on this forum, they don't represent the overall market.

Back in January, it was only 4.5, even after Gears, and the Wii's right now is about 4.5, too. The 360's attach rate is probably 5-6 now.

When you've got 10 AAA titles and 22 more 8.5-9.0 titles, not to mention 37 more 8.0-8.4 titles, it isn't hard to buy a lot of games.

Attach rates always go up so as time passes ........ but what I would like to see is the software to hardware ratios and the software to hardware ratios of the systems at their respective 1st year timeframes. This way we can see how they are really doing as each year passes and we can compare.

Actually, the Wii's attach rate with WiiPlay and WiiSports is 6.11, so no. I already subtracted 1.5 from the attach rate reported by Nintendo to compensate for WiiPlay and WiiSports.
