how could uncharted's graphics be close to mgs4 or any other game

seriously when i looked at it. gta4 and gears looks better than this. and ign or any other site didn't give a 10 on the graphics for this game because of it's framerate.

That's off screen which makes the black level more rich. Uncharted does look good though.

technicly for the game doing so much at once, it pulls of visuals like a dream, in a world that is fully streaming with tons of polygons being pushed.

Uncharted does not come close to the same poly crunching power that gta 4 shoved through its engine.

Metal Gear Solid 4 is not better looking then Gears of War. Nowhere close, the character models are the only thing that look great in Metal Gear Solid 4. Uncharted looks great in certain areas but overall it has some really ugly parts, while Gears has nowhere near as many. I don't remember you being such a huge cow.

Racing games aren't a great measure of graphical power IMO. They've always had an edge, since cars need fewer polygons to render than a human character, and also because there generally isn't as much action on screen as there would be in other genres.
