how did RE5 score that high? It has the worst Camera, control, aiming ever.

i have to admit, the graphics are the best, the voice action is good, the gameplay is rubbish, the game has RE4 style, but i dun remember RE4 being that frustrating.

The camera in RE5 is zoomed like 5x, you can never see more than 70% of the battle field, you will always be hit by offscreen enemies.

the controls are sluggish, they are either fast or slow, you can never get to master them, turning corners is a pain during fights.

the aiming mechanics, i could write articles abt how bad they are, first the laser pointer which can never tell you where are you aiming exactly ( only if they added a circle or a pointing mark), 2nd the weapons are too slow to use, reload..etc (even after you upgrade them, it's how the game is designed), 3rd the controls again are very annoying, you will always miss, the sensitivity is very bad across all grades

The inventory is real time, enough said, for all who played the game, you should know what i mean, and how this can drive you crazy during battle.

Wow I thought Resident Evil 5 was one of the best games this gen. Co-op was fun and single player with my unlimited ammo and what not is fun as well. Plus the extra versus mode and the mercenaries mode. Probably one of my favorite games this gen. Can't wait till the new DLC comes out.

Meh... your opinion. As far as I'm concerned if it wasn't for Uncharted 2 then RE5 would be my GOTY so far.

all great games have haters. anyway re5 was a pretty fun game, but the complaints people make about some thinks (inventory, controls) are undeniable, and i have no idea how the game shipped in its final form. also, giving the zombie-esque guys guns was just an outright awful idea. i couldnt imagine playing it without a human partner, though. overall i think its a solid 7.5, but without a partner, i could easily see it being outright awful.

If you aren't playing RE 5 in coop you are playing wrong.

If capcom made it a fast paced shooter.

I'm sure that people will not see as resident evil but as Gears of War ripoff.

RE5 was very disappointing to me. Glad I rented that overrated garbage instead of buying it.

To me it felt dated and was boring to play through again unlike Resident Evil 4. The inventory was bad and so was the combat I felt.

The controls with mouse and keyboard was fine.Story was good but graphics was damn awful.Expect for chris and sheva char models rest looked crap.

The only thing that pissed me off in this game were the inventory and the partner AI. Playing with a KB/M, I had absolutely no problem with camera or combat, so I guess it's just you then.

Well maybe you just suck then because me and my friend beat it on all the difficulties with no trouble at all. The camera is fine, controls are fine, but the game itself isn't very good. Also the inventory system was simple all you do is use the D-pad, you're just whining too much. Also stop saying "dun", it's really annoying.

Well i love RE5 i found it to be the best game i have played since Gears Of War 1. OK it`s not survival horror now but the action is so intense that i think i actually prefer RE as an action game.
