How Do You Feel When Someone Steals Your Kill...?

i'm not gonna lie...that **** drives me up the wall. happens to me all the time in battlefield 3 and now in tribes. after doing all the grunt work and whittling down my opponents health to nothing, some dipstick comes out of nowhere one one-shots him getting the kill, leaving me with the lousy assist..

Literally does not matter, if I was faster I would have had to kill, so it's my fault if I dont get it. Just like its your fault if you don't finish your kill fast enough.

The only acceptable outcome to quench my rage is to steal the player's face. I track them down, fly/hike to wherever they live, sneak into their house when it's dark with anesthesia in tow and carefully slice their face off and wear it over my own. It's an incredibly time consuming, expensive, ludicrous and quite frankly pointless endeavour.

I see what your saying in tribes stolen kills feel so bad cause it's all so hectic , your flying he is flying he's almost dead one more spin fuser on no someone else got the kill damn.

It means teamwork. Two guys shooting one target is better than just me shooting him.

Hate when it happens in LoL since you get more gold for your kills and a lot of times my friends KS me :evil:

There are no such things as kill stealing. KS/KS'ing = kill secured.

I usually don't mind unless it was completely deliberate.

Like Halo: Reach for example, 9 times out of 10, if I'm behind a player and within melee range I'll do a beatdown instead of an assassination as the killing animation takes some times and leaves you completely open to attack. But when I know that there will be no repercussion to do the full assassination, I want the satisfaction of sticking the guy with my knife and I f*cking hate it when I'm in the middle of an assassination and some dude just comes up and headshots my kill.

Don't care I'll eventually steal someone elses kill anyway so it evens out.

People really worry about losing a kill. It is just a game. I don't get all bent out of shape when someone steals my kill in a game. When I was a teenager. That might have been a huge deal. But it is something that you grow out of.

Welcome to teamwork, even if that isn't on the janitors mind.

I LOVE it. I love to share my kills and killstreaks with my team or even a random stranger. I even say Thank You. The Joy of giving someone a free kill is just over joyous. I beat the enemy into submission and then allow someone else to get the glory. It's just how nice of a person I am. I just love it. :D :oops:nini200

Im certian a good majority of my kills are stolen from ppl who couldnt get the job done.

That said, if a teammate is going for the knife kill in BF3 and they arnt in danger of losing the kill, I let them have it.

I'd much prefer have competent teammates than ones who couldnt even manage to finish off the last 10% of my targets hp.

I don't really mind it when I'm playing TF2 and BF3. In games like CS and COD it makes you look bad.:P

I don't care especially in Killzone where this one time I ended up getting 5 kills in a row easily.

kill assist + suppression assist > kill. in BF3, you enjoy kill assists :DBrunoBRS

This guy gets it give him a cookie.

I don't really care because it's all part of the bigger picture and TBH it never happens over and over again so it doesn't get to me. I make mah own killz :cool:

It is annoying in Gears only if the person steals your kill right in your face and there are no enemies around.

especially if i have been stealth following / waiting for the perfect opportunity, only to have some idiot come charging in from behind and steal my kill.sts106mat
