How is MW3 any worse than the original Modern Warfare?

I bought MW3 for the PC recently. The game is really no different than the Call of Duty game that everyone thinks is the best: the original Modern Warfare. Same over the top campaign, same deathmatch-esque multiplayer, same crappy weapon sounds - how is the original Modern Warfare any better? How is MW3 and later CoD titles any worse?The only reason people hate CoD these days is because everyone has jumped on the CoD hate bandwagon when PC gamers reacted strongly against the lack of dedicated servers. Think critically, people. Does anyone here seriously hate CoD that much? Or did you, like many others, simply jump on the hate bandwagon without even really thinking about it?

Well, slower gameplay, unbalanced perks and killstreaks, terrible map design, and a carbon copy of it's predecessor. MW also had unbalanced perks mind you.

Actually it is a BIG difference from cod4... People have to be stupid not to see how much it has went downhill from 2007

I stated that some games need to call it a day, and cod is still one of those games. But i think I know which game got to you the most ;)
