How many frames per second will I be able to run GTA V?

I'm not an expert at computer specifications and I'm aware of the system requirements, I'm just curious as to how fast this will run.

Installed memory (RAM): 4.00 GB

System type: 64-bit Operating system, x64-based processor

Graphics card: Intel(R) HD Graphics Family

Also, if I upgrade to 8GB ram how much of a difference will that make?

You most likely have an integrated GPU, so it won't run.

And no, upgrading ram won't change anything

Your gpu isn't going to get you anywhere. I'm sorry, but it's going to be a slideshow or require some downgrading of the game (a quick googling online suggests there are mods to help you run it below low settings)

Assuming Intel 4400, expect low settings at 20ish fps, unless i'm sorely mistaken. It could very much be worse.
