I am wondering how many legit 360 exlusives are left. The only few I can think of is Halo, and Dead Rising 1 (cause 2 is going to the PS3 and PC).
Can anyone help me out here?
Edit: and then theres Alan Wake.

This thread is about exclusives. Therefore, you're supposed to talk about exclusives, not talk about how "I don't have a PC so these games count!"

hold up for a sec while i copy and paste this from another stupid topic.
Every other console gen: golly i sure wish i could play pc titles on my console!"
This gen: har har yur console shares it's games wit teh pc and haz no exclusives!"
seriously do you even realize what that kind of thinking makes you look like?

I already own a PC, PS3, and a Wii.
I really want to buy the new 360 slim, but I want to know a good enough reason why I should buy it.
[QUOTE="treedoor"]
If by legit you mean only blockbuster hits?
Because that's a terrible way of looking at a library of games.
WiiMan21
No, Meaning the games that are only available on that console.
Why are you people taking the word "exlusive" way out of proportion?
Because you say you can only think of three games. Dead Rising, Halo, and Alan Wake.
And yet there are JRPG titles like Magna Carta, Tales of Vesperia, Lost Odyssey, and Blue Dragon on the 360
Banjo Kazooie, Kameo, Viva Pinata (I think only the first is on PC), Perfect Dark
Shadow Complex, Gears of War 2, Geometry Wars Retro Evolved 2, Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter, Ace Combat 6, Snoopy Flying Ace, Dead or Alive 4, Forza Motorsport

in that case it's easy, don't buy it. well i guess if you want to play fps on pc and turn all your shooters into point and click adventure games then that may sway you but other than that i would not worry about it. buying things just to have them will never make you happy.[QUOTE="Riverwolf007"]

I will list some good Xbox360 exclusives. Mass Effect Mass Effect 2 Gears of War Gears of War 2 Forza Motorsport 3 The real reason to buy an Xbox360 though is because it has the superior multiplatform games, a much larger fan base for certain games, and some will say a better online experience. I also like the controller for a lot of games as well.[QUOTE="WiiMan21"][QUOTE="Riverwolf007"]

And I guess the better multiplats are a plus, but I like the dualshock controller over the 360s controller for some reason, maybe cause i'm used to it.
And I already have GeoW 1&2, Mass Effect 1 & 2 for the PC.

Well if you have already played all the games on that list and your satisfied with the Playstation Network, I don't see much reason at all to buy an Xbox360 except for other Xbox360 exclusives you may want, and upcoming exclusives. the superior multiplats are debatable alot are better on ps3 like dragon age
btw the 360 looks like it's going casual which means pretty soon it will not be for hardcore market.

Please tell me you were trolling. Mass Effect 2, and Gears of War are also on PC wich means they are not exclusives. A gamer could own a PC and not have to buy a 360 to play them therefore it is not exclusive to 360.

No trolling intended though, because you can't win an argument when it comes to a PC gamer. ;)

Is it just me or is it really pathetic that out of the entire list, only 3 games came in the last year?
Playstation has had..
Uncharted 2 - AAA
Demon's Souls - AAA & GOTY
God of War III - AAA
Heavy Rain - AA
Ratchet & Clank Future: ACIT - AA
ModNation Racers - AA
Yakuza 3 - AA
MAG - AA
3D Dot Game Heroes - A
Singstar Queen - A (You added Scene It..)
..in the same time span.
I don't even own a PS3 and don't plan on owning one. I do own a 360 however, and have three accounts running on XBL Gold. Stop living in the past, Xbox is a joke and all it has is Halo, Fable, Gears and Forza. (Seriously, just look at the AAA 360 has, one is a launch title that is far from a AAA, even with 2005 standards and the other is a multiplat but with a few differences)
Oh, and someone mentioned Rare. Yeah.. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ktg3PSYeSDM
This is the correct answer. After all the talk about 2010 being the most amazing year in the 360's history, we're still waiting for an AAAE too.Gears 3, Crackdown 2 and Halo reach are the only upcoming exclusives
toast_burner
The spreadsheet shows you the released 360 exclusives. Unreleased ones consist of Halo Reach, Gears 3, Crackdown 2, a bunch of Kinext games and that's all I can think of off the top of my head.the spreadsheet shows all of the exclusives rated AE and up for all systems.

Uh. Yeah. But neither do you. Seriously. God. You people make me sick. First off, who the flip gives a flop about exclusivity. It's rapidly melting away (oh hai, Metal Gear is now on the 360 THE PS IS DOOOOMED OH NO WHAT WILL SONY DOOO NOW?!?!). Secondly, and this is the more important thing, why does a PC matter? I find it especially hilarious if the game has a "Games for Windows" on it. But never mind that. You act as if it somehow threatens a game or the integrity or whatever. The PC really isn't a side and doesn't matter in the normal sense. Why? It's not just that Windows is the dominant OS or that most computers are not Sony. It's not just that so long as the game isn't on a Sony platform and therefor the money doesn't go to Sony. It's that there is no unified power behind PCs. Where as money on games for the PS go to Sony (and the developers) and money spent on games for the 360 go to Microsoft (and the developers), where does all the money go for games on the PC? Anywhere. You might have a Gateway or a Dell, you may have ATI or Nvidia, you probably have Windows but maybe Linux. . . You may have a miniature god. . or a puny weakling.. . you may have a stock machine or you could've built a custom job. . but either way. . that's not a side. That's not anything. That's a mishmash. But more than likely, if anyone deserves credit, it's Microsoft since they are most likely to get money out of the deal. People have to pay for their operating system and developers have to pay for stuff to create things for that operating system. Especially Games for Windows. Say you buy Fable. It's a Games for Windows. You buy it for the PC, obviously. . say you have something from. . Cyber Power PC and you're running Windows 7 or Vista or whatever. You may not be supporting the 360 directly but you are supporting Microsoft who will get a portion of that money. Now, I say "most likely" because statistically Microsoft is the most likely to be involved somewhere in there. There are exceptions. My point is it's complicated and not nearly as easy to just go "HAHAHA ITS LULZ ON ANOTHER PLATFORM".This is system wars and not Company Wars.[QUOTE="WiiMan21"][QUOTE="BURSTIIIFIRE"]

Now, I say "most likely" because statistically Microsoft is the most likely to be involved somewhere in there. There are exceptions. My point is it's complicated and not nearly as easy to just go "HAHAHA ITS LULZ ON ANOTHER PLATFORM".1. Metal Gear has never been an exclusive series. It's been on Ninty systems, Playstation, Xbox, and PC. MGS4 is still a PS3 AAAAE game.2. PC matters because it's a gaming platform. If a game is exclusive to PS3 or 360 or whatever, you MUST own that platform to play that game, therefore that game, if it is good, is a reason to own that platform. If a game is on more than one platform (say 360 and pc, for instance) it adds to the total library, but it is not as much of a reason to own that platform as an exclusive, because you don't need that platform to play it. If I want to play ME2, I don't need a 360 to play it. If I want to play Uncharted 2, I DO need a ps3 to play it.
3. MS only gets money out of a pc game if they are the publisher (like Fable). It's not like PS or Xbox, where a third party publishes a game and the console maker gets royalties off every copy sold.

I think M$ will announce new games in the coming few months for this year because I really doubt that's all they have for the rest of the year..abuabed
This is what people said before E3.
All that got announced was a multiplatform Crytek game. You're out of your mind if you think Crytek is going to make a game solely for 360. It will be as much of an exclusive as Splinter Cell Conviction, Left 4 Dead 2, Fable 3 and MGS: Rising (remember last year with his "every game after this point will be exclusive")
