How much better is Crysis 2 on 360 than PS3?

It's only $10 bucks new at Best Buy right now, so I was gonna go get it. Is it really that bad on PS3? I wanted to get it on PS3 over 360, but I heard that it was way better on 360. What are the differences exactly?

When people talk about graphics king on consoles, they always mention the 360 version of Crysis 2 and make a point to exclude the PS3 version....

i would get it on the system that your friends have it on.

one of few multiplats that are identical with no problems(atleast from what i have played)

360 has higher display resolution ps3 has less glitchy texture streaming you decide.

Barely.

The 360 runs at a res of 1152x720, Ps3 at 1024x720. But the Ps3 version has higher amounts of AF.

Neither have a crisp image because of the god awful AA technique used, and both have serious performance issues. Basically just get the version you want more.

I had both versions when they came out, the 360 version looked slighly better, but was only noticeable when I was changing input from 360 to ps3 to see if I could spot a difference. If you have a decent PC you should get it on that.

Sorry I was enjoying my 100fps flawless texture with bump mapping to notice the difference.

No I havent heard of a big difference but Ill play it safe with multis on 360.

Edit: To anyone that shops at Best Buy a lot, I would recommend getting their video game yearly subscription. It's $15 bucks, and you get a year long subscription to their gaming magazine, 10% off used, 10% increase on trades, but here's the best part. Every magazine (monthly) has a page with Best Buy coupons on it, with a bunch of coupons for $20 dollars off select games. Crysis 2. In the first one the aliens at least were like aliens, in 2 they're just like boring halo style super soldiers.

I didn't like Crysis 2 as much as Crysis...it was rather boring and a chore to play after a while.

You technically have choices in how you will play, but I used Stealth and Armor for my playthroughs when all was said and done. I got C2 on 360, and then I played it again on PS3 just to see what the big deal was. There wasn't even a big deal. The game was decent to okay looking, but it wasn't as mindblowing as other games, honestly. It was subresolution in fact, and just eh... It was hard to play Crysis on PC and play Crysis 2 on 360, it just was a step down, honestly. Try Going from Crysis 1 on PC with a decent Graphics Card running at 60 frames per second, or even 30...I don't know why anyone in SW got so HYPEd by the game honestly. Crysis 2 was forgettable, but for $10 the TC is getting a deal I suppose.

Best 360 game I played and bought this year was GeoW3, but I waited an extra year for it...luckily I was in the Beta and Played Halo Reach from time to time while waiting since I'm a fan of the series MP + friends.

Oh, and the Crysis 2 online was janky, don't bother with it, so many better MP games out now.
