 I know in time more games will come out for the wii, but right now now there is nothing of interest to me. Games is all that matter when I buy a console.

Games like Wii Sports and Elebits are genius and certainly wouldn't play correctly on the PS3 or 360. Moving the gravity gun's zapper around in Elebits with dual joysticks (rather than just pointing and shooting) would suck.

i guess so. Nintendo must have bought up the stock for fun. Apparently nobody else can have it.

the wii isnt better than 360 or the ps3. It is selling like hotcakes because its ALOT cheaper (people are cheap), and it's something the whole family can have fun with. Most of the people buying a Wii are NOT hardcore gamers (males between 14 and 30 or something) they are people that want to have fun swinging a controller around. It's just like the DS. They use a weak graphics card, but introduce a different way to control games and everyone gets excited. I'm kinda disapointed that the graphics are sub-par on the Wii. IF they could have spent a little more money and increased it's graphics ability then I would be impressed. Another thing is they keep releasing BAD games for the Virtual console. Why why why? Some people are probably dumb enough to download these games without reading the reviews either. They may be out 5-10dollars but still, nintendo should just not put such lame games on there to download. I bet the average Wii game (including virtual console) is probably at like 6.5..... not that great. But they should actually have some decent games (same with Ps3) later this year.

So far the 360 is in the lead for quality of games as well as quantity of games. If i had to choose 1 "next-gen" console, id go with the 360 w/o a doubt.

p.s. BTW , i have a ps2 and an xbox, but no Next gen yet.  I will probably be buying a 360 soon, since they are getting Ace Combat 6, and the ps3 is still SLOW to release any decent games.

I thought most people on average spent about 70% of their time watching tv. So wouldn't that mean they are coach potatoes. The term coach potatoes came because people were watching a lot of tv.

 I'm a 14 year old male and I'm definitely a hardcore gamer. I'm smart enough notto download horrible VC games. I don't care if the graphics are behind, becuz the gameplay the Wii offers overshadows it. But...the graphics can and probably should be better than they are, even for launch games.
