How will the Playstation 3 price drop will affect Wii and 360s sales?

I think 360 will do a price drop as well, dont know what nintendo will do, thats the way it will affect them.

Nintendo doesn't have to do anything. The Wii's price is already at the sweet spot ($250), and the big titles will be coming out (Super Mario Galaxy, Super Smash Bros. Brawl)

Yeah the masses were just waiting on those little things like WiFi etc. Clearly they will all jump in head first now. This place is going to explode in August when July NPD's reveal only a small nudge in PS3 sales even after this price drop, stop setting yourself up for failure dude. 90% of people buy PS3's for either games of Bluray players, the 20GB ps3 had BOTH of the major selling features and didnt matter at all. 500 is still to damn high. But go ahead and live in delusion if you want. Will just make the NPD day that month all the more hilarious.

Can we wait till there officaly is an price drop because right now it's just one store having a sale...

Before we speculate any father. I mean why speculate about the impact when we should still be speculating about the price drop.

Of course not. There ARE a lot of new people coming into the makret because the Wii. But some Lems and Cows make it sound liek the Wii success has no effect on their consoles sales what so ever.

I think lots of Wii owners are looking at the Wii as an awesome compliment. They're gonna own the Wii (and love it) until the other systems are affordable, and then they'll probably buy one of those as well.
