Must have games in Bold

There are so many must-have games due to be released this year how are you going to afford to buy them all? If you own all three consoles and a PC you're looking at over $1000.00 in games alone. That's alot for anyone but especially for young gamers with minimum wage or no job. I need some tips and strategies for the best way to overcome this challange of surviving this holiday without accumulating massive amounts of debt.

I counted only 2 games in that list I need to buy, the other 2 are not even in his list.

You forgot Persona 3. Which, incidentally, is probably the only game I'll be getting unless I buy a Wii early. Which, considering I have several untouched PS2 games, and I'm doing a uni course full-time and 2 jobs, I likely won't.

You also forgot No More Heroes for the Wii.

I will be getting about a game a month.

Crysis (is a big maybe, I personally think this game is getting too much hype, so far it just looks like a really really pretty run of the mill FPS, with great physics, which is good enough I suppose, but the gameplay vids I've seen kinda make the game look stealthy, AND I HATE STEALTH FPS's, BLAH!)

It's some sort of mass brainwashing game publishers have put themselves through that the believe it's only worth releasing a game in the Fall. With the number of great games coming all at once, they are all bound to sell less thanif they had the cajones to release in the Summer or Spring. Now half of those games are going to hit the bargain rack before we get around to buying them.

The best thing to do is to remember you don't need all of these games at once. Pick the absolute best few and buy those. Remember that it is pretty lonely gaming in January through the summer, so you can catch up during those months. If you bought all of those, you wouldn't have time to play them anyway. Buy a few, and don't buy anymore until you beat them. By the time you get to some of those, they will be on sale in the spring.rpawloski2458
