@indzman:
No, I'z be payin' fo mah own shit cuz I iz an adultz.
I could buy ten Xbox One X's with my own money, if I really wanted to.
But why would I want to buy an Xbox One X?
My parents have stopped buying me things ages ago, and I insisted they don't buy me things. Every year when it's my birthday and Christmas around the corner, they always manage to get a hold of me asking if there's anything I'd like. I tell them they're better off keeping their money, especially considering being a parent and me growing up in their household, they've done enough for me. I make my own money now and my own independence. I tell them if there's ever anything I want(ed), I've already bought it.
People that had parents growing up take them for granted. People are seriously talking about video games?! Lol. There are things 99% of people have done for them growing up and they don't even realize it. Didn't bother to read much of this thread but holy cow from what I gather there's a lot of priveledged people here.
I buy all my own stuff.
I'm 33.
I do too, sadly. :(
Guess I gotta find a sugar mama. Lol
38 and I pay for everything. I'm about to buy a larger house, closing in January, so my funds for gaming will be cut down drastically until my wife and I get used to the new mortgage. Plus we want to have a second baby and that will hopefully be our next venture after the house. Life is expensive, but luckily I have a huge backlog.
Im paying for my kids' stuff too now :-) The older one will turn 4 next summer and I'm thinking that I might buy a small TV to her room and plug my good ol' N64 to it. She might enjoy some of the games on it, plus its simple enough to operate for her (unlike PS4).
(And when she is not home, I could try to finally complete Majora's Mask after all these years :-D )
