I am jealous of Sony fans for the first time in a very long while

Me too and I did not even have to buy a PS3.  Because I have componet cables for my PS2.  Even the first God of War had a progressive scan option.

I cant wait to play this game. On Gamerankings.com it already has a 96% ratio. 96%!!! Just to put that in perspective, only three other games have ever got that ratio. Zelda OoT, Soul Calibur, and Metroid Primeacviper123

Well, to put your post in perspective it only has 8 reviews on Gamerankings thus far, and so far the only one to give GOW2 a higher rating [than the first one] has been GamePro (and anyone familiar with GamePro knows how poor they are at reviews:)

They are:

1up: 95% (they gave the original a 100%)

IGN: 97% (they gave the original a 98%)

GameInformer: 97.5% (they gave the original a 100%)

GameZone: 95% (they gave the original a 97%)

UndergroundOnline: 95% (they never reviewed the first one)

GameBrink: 92% (never reviewed original)

That being said, I am also hugely looking forward to this game.... just don't expect it to stay nearly that high on GameRankings, given what is happening so far it'll probably end up slightly below the first one (which I believe is somewhere in the 93 range.)
