360 - I don't think it's worth it.
PS3 - I've never owned one.
Anyway you should research them yourself, it's your money after all.
P.S Dead Island isn't that great imo.
I think all consoles are cool. Plastic cool looking boxes that bring you fun and enjoyment :DThere's nothing cool about a console.

Remember, "cool" isn't beating the games, it's showing everyone online you did. XBLA is something really radical. The forgotten exclusives like Alan Wake along with obvious stuff like Halo and Forza are gnarly. You can play with your 360-owning friends online for a small *cough* fee each year which is totally tubular.

that sounded alot like a sales pitch :o
I say go for it. Dump that PS3 in a river and start something new.
I love XBL over PSN.
The 360 controller is way better and your hand wont feel like its going to snap off after 20 minutes of play.
If you are into shooters your switch will be worth it.
Last, I would buy a console just for one game. I even did one better and built a $1400 PC just to play ARMA 2 and dont care if another game ever gets loaded on to it. Its your cash, use it when you want.
dont listen to this person. Every sentence he said is false .I say go for it. Dump that PS3 in a river and start something new.

TC wants to know what makes the 360 so fly, far out and dynamite. I think my outdated slang did the job.Disagree 100%.In no way is any console worth a full purchase for the sake of one game. In any situation.

I am kind of in the same position as you, I've been a nintendo owner all my life, my brother owned a PS2 but i rarely played it, but now as the wii is slowly dying I have recently had the itch to fork over some money for a PS3, especially since I've always wanted to play the sly cooper and R&C games, so I'm debating whether I should wait it out for wii u or get a PS3 what do you guys think?
[QUOTE="FoxbatAlpha"]dont listen to this person. Every sentence he said is false . Nope, it's just "false" for you. If my favorite game was only on a particular console, I'd by the console. That's me. And that's not "false" for me. Not everyone has your budget. Not everyone has mine.I say go for it. Dump that PS3 in a river and start something new.

Think about everything ELSE he said, he said your hand feels like its going to snap off after 20 minutes of play, which isnt even close to true. And then he just went and said you need a $1400 to play ARMA 2, and i KNOW that that is clearly wrong. Sure, the point about favorite games isnt true OR false, but everything else is.I say go for it. This may be the smartest thing anyone has ever said in the history of System Wars.
