So if you've been playing a lot of FPS then you should give Vet a try the first time around which will take more than 5,6,7 hours for sure. Not counting the amount of times you get your ass handed to you by the higs (and that will happen often) I clocked around 12 hours and thats not counting when I died.

According to GB's quick look Bungie said that if you're a FPS player Heroic should be the difficulty you first play at. Which is still only 6-8 hours (Jeff did it in under 7)

So as you can see 10-12> 6-8

Killzone made me want to throw up.

Not because its a bad game or anything, Its good, but the motion blur and the constant everything blurry and moving, I have to take like motion sickness pills if i want to play, so i just never end up playing it lol

You supposedly beat KZ2 in 5 hours, well, congrats, my recommendation to you is that you don't buy Halo ODST as you'll beat it in 2 hours most likely.

The Youtube guy was terrible, and he beat it in 4 hours first time, and he was no good.
You are a GOD at FPS, with a KZ2 time like that...Halo ODST you will destroy it.

At least consider that you may save money waiting for ODST to drop to $40, since you are so amazing at FPS.

I don't think TC claimed to be a "GOD" in FPS games. And he does make a valid point. Most FPS games can be beaten pretty fast if you play it on easy. Do we have confirmation that this "youtube guy" WASN'T playing ODST on easy?

KZ2's SP is meh it was short but it felt like it's like forever to end the game.

yeah its not an alternate account i just don't really post much. Call me a noob if you want but i've been on gamespot for years... and why on earth are you so defensive? I didn't bash killzone 2, I actually liked it... I just made a comparison in length. And you are so right sherlock holmes, I have yet to play halo 3 odst... but from what I can gather from reviews, it seems that the quality of the campaign is great, and the only suspect aspects are that it doesn't feel like a full game... a gripe I can understand.... I just don't know why length would be a determining issue (my original point btw). I may not have your 20,000 online posts, but I don't see how that's a reason to cite anything I say as less than legitimate.

No, you don't have 20,000 posts, you have 43 posts. It's not about the posts, see, what you don't understand or know about SW is that we suffer from a massive Fakeboy problem. That's when another user pretends to be one group, to make them look bad. SW is a rough area, and you can't expect to come in here with 43 posts and be taken as Mr. Legitimate. As far as your premise, you beat KZ2 in 5 hours? You havne't beat ODST at all. Make this thread when you've completed both. As of now, you are speculating because of reviews, and trying to make a point.

ODST is a Bungie Halo Game, it's going to be most excellent, but that doesn't mean I am going to Auto assume it's like every other Halo in length, because it's obviously not. Heck, even the majority of Lemmings here are hyping Halo ODST as AA because of the length being a variable, so we all know that it's not as lengthy.

FPS are short in general, but this was intended to be an expansion, so many feel that it may be even shorter than we expect, a possible one night finish.

I'm just petitioning for reason, wait and finish ODST before making claims about it's quality, quantity, or length.
