1. Watch Dogs
2. The Last of Us.
3. God of War: Ascension
4. Injustice: Gods Among Us
5. Aliens: Colonial Marines
Halo 4 would have made the list if I hadn't seen the new multiplayer footage. 343 seems hellbent on removing everything that made the series special.
hummm let me see...
1. GTA V
2. The Last Guardian (It would be 1st but it may be cancelled)
3. God of War: Ascension
4. The Last of Us
5. DmC
Verdict: Nope. I mean it looks great and probably my 6th most anticipated game (or Assassin's Creed III I'm not sure) but there are other games I've been more of a fan for longer to be excited about. And actually, take the awesome graphics and the game isnt really that impressive... imo
Top 5? Uh, maybe Transformers: Fall of Cybertron, Halo 4, and... Sonic and SEGA All-Stars Racing Transformed. Anything else I could put down would be really stretching it.

Have you seen the other XCOM they're making? It's just called XCOM, but I'm really impressed with what I have seen so far, that would probably be sixth on my list.

Yeah,I have no interest in it though
I prefer Xcom series as TBS/Simulation games.
I don't know why, but I'm craving Torchlight 2 so much from watching the videos. It just looks so satisfying.
As for the heavy hitters, Halo 4 is my most anticipated (not a fan of the seeing through walls though) Grand Theft Auto 5 looks marvelous as well. To be honest, Sleeping Dog's looks more interesting than Watch Dogs in terms of gameplay. Watch Dogs detail and graphics are what made it stand out, though it could have an amazingly detailed world which always wins me over. But currently, Sleeping Dogs combat and cool parkour mixed with typical Asian cinema style gunplay makes it look like a Sleeper hit.

I understand, different tastes for different people. I like the new look that they're doing.

Probably because it's appealing to people like myself ;) It's FPS with what looks like some stat based gameplay and strategy. I'm really loving the look and a good addition to FPS fans that don't want to have God-view.

I know it's not 5, but I couldn't limit it. It's hard enough just picking 6.
I would like to see more from Watch_dogs before I make a judgement on it.
Way of the samurai 4 NA release

...I think that's it, and in order. Watch dogs looked great, but I'm saying that just from what I saw with the reveal. Not gonna get my hopes up, but keeping an eye on it. Halo 4, I liked a good amount of things, but I'm on the fence about it. I just don't know if I can go through another game in the franchise. We'll see.
Can't spell, can't count. What can you do?1. Dark Souls 2
2. Fable 4
3. Final Fantasy 15
4. Witcher 3
5. Halo 4
6. Alan Wake 2
7. Dust Elysian Tale
8. Fable Journey
9. Crimson Dragon
10. Aliens Colonial Marines

1. Assassins Creed 3 - Looks amazing. Enough said.
2. FIFA 13 - Might be the same of stuff with a few tweaks, but my beloved Chelsea will have Hazard next season and hopefully a few new additions to their roster. Roster , kit and rating updates for everything have me hyped. I know the whole 'milking' argument, but FIFA is my guilty pleasure.
3. Halo 4 - Halo is one of my most loved franchises with Halo 3 arguably being my favourite game this generation. But while I enjoyed Reach, I thought it was a step backwards (towards CoD). Bungie leaving was also a blow to the franchise in my eyes, and then the Halo 4 announcements further pushed me away. But the single player shown off at E3 has my hyped again, if only for the single player, though I still know it will be the best current console FPS multiplayer for me personally as well.
4. Torchlight 2 - Thought the first was very enjoyable and I love Diablo 3, and TL2 looks like a big improvement over the first also.. So, naturally, I'm hyped for TL2.
5. Dishonered - I'm worried about whether it's a lot more scripted than it seems, but if it turns out to be as amazing as it looks.. It could be incredible.
My interest in games, regardless of how good they look, usually only begins to peak when they are relatively close to being released. Off the top of my head, these are the top five games I'm hyped for that I'm already planning on putting money aside to buy later this year. Borderlands 2 looks great too, but I haven't even played the first so I'm cautious. Grand Theft Auto 5 and Watch Dogs also look amazing, but I know next to nothing about them (particuarly Watch Dogs), so again, I'm containing my excitement for them.
I'm also really interested in DotA 2; I've always thought DOTA, HoN and LoL looked like great fun but heard the core community would beat me down and send me on my way if I didn't show up with a PhD in pro-gaming. I've decided I'll give it a go this time.
