[QUOTE="lucky_star"] Even if its using the same engine doesnt mean it cant be improved. Look at UE3. I dont really giva a *****. Keep hyping it, you deserve a better game than a rehash when you keep supporting Bungie ,but i guess your happy with it, paying full price...

It's not a rehash though :?
Do you consider GoWIII a rehash as well? GT5? Gears of War 2? Forza 3?
Reach is changing the formula more so than alot of games - I just don't see how you can call it a rehash?
Yes its the second coming of J.C. Please tell us how its changing the formula of halo? Because what ive seen and read, it isnt changing anything else but the Character models.I never said it was the second coming. I'm just saying you're ignoring the jump for Halo 3 to Reach.
1) Customizable loadoats - Selecting weapon and equipment before going into battle
2) Single use equipment is gone. Replaced by reusable armor permutations
3) At least four new weapons and one new enemy type
4) Enviroments are larger and more open than previous Halo - a quasi-sandbox eniroment
5) Motion capture animation and assassinations animations
6) Gameplay appears to be sped up significantly from Halo 3 - closer to Halo 2's speed/weight
7) Return of the Halo CE/ ODST health System
8) At least 2 new game modes, Head Hunter and Invasion - with several more being hinted at in the trailer
9) Double the amount of AI on screen
And as you said, improved character models, guns, and pretty much a confirmed overhaul of the Halo engine and increase in visual fidelity.
And again, I'll say it also has a completely new campaign and multiplayer suite - as well as the returning Halo feature set of 4 player c-op campaign, metagame, Theatre, and Forge. For $60.
Now, maybe you can explain how that seems like a rehash.
