I don't understand. Why is waiting for console revisions and cheaper games a bad idea? I feel sorry for people who bought the Xbox 360 at launch! My system only lasted 5 months, then red ringed. If you wait, it's a GOOD thing for your wallet.

I've been thinking of getting Wii since Xenoblade came out but when im cheaking Wii library there is only like 2 games i want :(

Im not interested in nintendo first party games, all they are doing is milking mario and zelda

Got tired of them like 10 years ago, nintendo should just let zelda and mario die and make something new :|

I feel sorry for them because they can't buy the rarer games. Other than that, early adopters always get the short end of the stick. But still, I feel compelled to buy 3D Dot Heroes even though I don't own a PS3 :cry: It's going to be gone, right before my eyes!

Wen you buy late, you'll have a ton of cheap used games to pick from, far cheaper consoles to pick from, and a large library of games to build.

Why would you feel bad? It's the best thing any person can do, you mearly need patience.

Imagine being a 360 owner up to 2008.
Think how much money the PS3 cost.
What about the Wii's lack of games?

Myself, I got into this gen in 2009, thinking I was late. I appreciate this longer life the home consoles are having, it's a relief and games like Dead Island and Metro 2033 still run on a 360 despite it's 2005 hardware. The PS3 just got it going, the Wii is the only one kinda dropping out but that's Nintendo's fault of not pushing software for it.

Well anyone who bought a 360 recently was probably better off waiting till now than getting one of those ticking time bombs that the early 360's were.
