no the PS3 wins just because of the content on the disc, however game of the yar addition with all the content on, is coming out soon :D

Xbox owners had the same graphics update like ps3 if you downloaded it, mostly in draw distance amongst other things.

Does the PS3 version of Oblivion even have Shivering isles?(serious question). For that reason alone outweighs small graphical differences.7thSIN
