I HAD ENOUGH: Dragon Age Is Being Returned For Demons Souls

You guy's can flame me all you want, but i put 8 hours into Dragon Age waiting for it to pick up but it's just too damn slow, Example, in Redcliff i had to talk to like 5 people in lengthy conversations before an upcoming battle, it took me the better part of a half hour of talking before i could finally get to the fighting.

Even when the battle ended, which wasn't long, it wasn't long before i was back to talking in more lengthy conversations, and before you knew it i was dozing off.

I mean dozing off to a next gen video game, c'mon, that would've never happened with Demons Souls.

So tomorrow back it goes and Demons Souls comes home, and all will be right with the world.....aahhhh.

I enjoy them both very much.

You're probably better off just getting Mario & Luigi: Bowser's Inside Story for your RPG fix.

I haven't played either of them, but from what I heard neither of them are made for the average RPG junkie, or 'casual-friendly' for a lack of better term.

yea im passin on Dragon age. demon souls is hard, but still onc eyouve beatem the level, you feel a sense of accomplishment.

I know the feeling TC, thats one reason why i dislike games like this. Action-rpg/adventure is so much more fun.

I was planning on buying it but I skipped out after watching about half an hour of gameplay.

It's just too generic and the graphics are uninspiring. I really think people are viewing it with rose-colored bioware glasses.

The 3D models are pretty crude, the whole game seems like it was designed to be played from top-down perspective but they later made it a hybrid for the console ports.

It looks like a snooze fest. Same old d&d universe, nothing new or interesting. Go kill that troll because he stole from me. Thanks, you are a good dude. Oh noes the bad elves are attacking. Will you help us? Yawn.

I'm not saying it's a bad game but there isn't enough for me to buy it new. I really like playing with the controller on the couch so I'm bummed about having to get the pc version. But after watching the videos the console ports really look like hacks.

It's really a shame that this game got so much hype while Torchlight has been ignored.

Both game are rpgs,but both are really different,so enyoy ds first then try again dragon age,since both are awesome.

Exactly. If you have played any other games made by Bioware, you should expect a deep, involved story. And if you haven't, you should read up on a game before you buy it, because it says right in the review that it has a very large world/environment full of dialogue and character development. Or maybe, this is just another thread to bash dragon age because it's not exclusive. Either one.
