I have a PS3! I want a XBOX 360!

Anyway if you are serious then I am just curious to what game/s in perticular make you feel this...are they exclusvie 360 games or were they the PC crossplatform games that impressed you?

If you truly can only have 1 and if it was the cross-platform PC games that impressed you (Alan Wake, Splinter Cell Convictions, Modern Warfare 2,Left for Dead 2) then I would keeping your PS3 and upgrading your PC and have the best combo.

Don't believe all the hype that multiplatform games are soo different for 360 brother. 9/10 they are exactly the same and you would barely notice a difference even if you were playing them side by side. All of your friends are on XBL? Who cares they'll make the switch eventually. You won't need to say a thing, RROD will do all the talking for you. Now I had a similar situation my woman was very upset that I wanted a 360. But we have 2 HD TV's and hooking up my PC to the TV all the time got annoying so I picked up an arcade for a few cheap exclusives. The best solution is to have both but if you need to choose one I suggest you walk away from the Walmart darling. MegajerkNYC

Seriouly if your wife is telling you exactly what you are allowed to buy then you are in for a rough life.

i'd advise you to stick with your PS3. the difference between multiplats on the two systems is negligable at best, there are a small group of multiplats that even perform/look better on PS3, and the future just looks that much brighter for the PS3.

if ur willing to pay 40-50 dollars a year for gold subscription and enjoy the nice online community 360 has then buy it.

look at that support for just halo 3 and gears 2. that many people drawn together for one tournament. this league actually tried promoting big ps3 titles like resistance 2 and killzone 2 with $50,000 online tournaments, but the turn out was very low. they couldnt even fill up the tournament ladder in the resistance 2 tournament. and also killzone 2 only has 60 active teams playing for that 50,000 dollar ladder. its proven that 360 has a more hardcore online community than ps3.

Put some money on the side and work towards it. Just let the money come together over a couple of months and get one. If your wife is worried about how much time you might spend, settle on days of the week or what time of the day you can indulge yourself. Consider it your sports time.

You shouldkeep the ps3 and invest in a gaming pc. Not only areyou benefiting from the ps3 (upcoming killer exclusives), but you're receiving all the 360 multiplats for PC :) and all the great PC exclsuives.

My personal choice is you get both, 360. Great exclusives and multiplats (360/PC). You cant go wrong.

Yea to be fair the PS3 is looking to have the much more solid lineup for the rest of the year and early next year than the 360.

And the last time I checked, the 360's battery charge lasts far longer than the DS/sixaxis. Why would you buy regular batteries for the 360 controller anyway? I have 2 year old batteries in my 360 controller that holds a charge longer than both my DS3s.

Both the PS3 and 360 are great. I enjoy both quite a bit.

If by chance you are Canadian; Future Shop is advertising Mass Effect, Too Human, Lost Odyssey and the 360 version of Dead Space for $9.99. Too Human at $9.99 may be a good deal idk, but those other 3 games are steals especially Dead Space.
