I just got Super Mario Galaxy, and I finished Bioschock an hour ago.

First things first, I finished Bioshock in 2 sittings (last night and tonight). And what can I say, I'll never trust GS on guiding my game choices. AAA? For such a short single player experience? I have to pay $110 for these games where I live, and getting this much content pisses me off.

The only things great to me were the voice acting and water effects. Everything else was just meh, I think it's because I'm a hardcore PC gamer, dunno. I beat Ratchet & Clank before that, not the graphics, nor the enviroments or anything else for that metter, amazed me in any way. Just an overhyped shooter with good production values. Though it does seem it could've been much more, especially with those gameplay elements in multiplayer.

Now, I just got Super Mario Galaxy and the only thing I have to play it on is a 15" CRT TV that's as old as me. What do I do? I play my Xbox 360 / PS3 games on a 24" 1080p PC monitor and on a 720p projector. The monitor doesn't support video inputs other than VGA/HDMI and playing Wii games on a projector is murder, and getting the sensor bar on the other side of the room is impossible.

What a bummer...

BioShock was the best and most fulfilling single player game that I have experienced yet. I loved it, absolutely and completely. Took me about 15 hours or so, and 4 sittings. Engrossing, atmospheric, and cinematic...superb.

But isn't that the beauty of opinions? You don't need to agree with mine, and I sure won't agree with yours.

Galaxy will be great too.

Buy a 26 inch or 32 inch fo your wii. 15 inch is ridiculos.

Why? Hardcore PC gamers have already played the superiour System Shock 2, which could explain why he thought Bioshock was overrated (I did, too - it may be one of the best games of the year, but it was still flawed).
