Whats your opinion on this? What do you about Square Enix turning the Legacy of Kain frenchise in a F2P multiplayer game? To be honest I think its complete bullshit they are doing this to my favourite frenchise of all time. The charm of the LoK frenchise always was its story and its amazingly well written dialogue, this just proves Square Enix doesnt understand what Legacy of Kain is all about.

I mean I love the LoK series but, from what I've seen, this upcoming multiplayer game is not my cup of tea.

I'm still keeping my fingers crossed and hope we'll get a proper single player successor.

Yeah I agree but still I wonder, there was a SP Legacy of kain videogame in development called Dead Sun, everything aside from the design of the main character looked pretty decent but it got cancelled and instead we get this. Its really a shame

Square Enix wants every IP they own to be mobile. They have very little interest in dedicated gaming machines.

Our only hope for Square Enix's IPs and talent to thrive is if they get new management that knows what they are doing (Not likely) or get sold off to a better publisher. But to be honest the only good publisher in Japan is Sony.
