Yeah, if the 360 has all the games you like, and the Wii doesn't, then that's absolutely fine, just keep on playing your 360, but don't go bashing the Wii when there are alot of people that are really enjoying it.  If you haven't realized it yet, NOBODY is ashamed of buying the Cube, and why should they be, there are plenty of good games on the Cube to play, and again, if they don't interest you, that's O.K, just don't say that they suck because YOU don't like them.  Also, everyone I know bought a Wii because...well...THEY WANTED TO BUY IT SINCE IT INTERESTED THEM!!!  There are plenty of games on the Wii that are fun and interesting, and that alot of people like, and of course, some people won't like, which is fine, we all have different tastes.  Nintendo didn't care about how powerful their system was, they were focusing on bringing something new and fresh to everyone, and they did, so they accomplished what they wanted to, and millions of people are having a blast with the Wii, so everyone wins in the end, and that's what is important in the end.  Also, the Wii hasn't even been out for a year, so don't go trash-talking it, there are still plenty of games that are going to be made, and alot of them will be amazing, and alot will be not-so-amazing, online or not.  So please, just continue enjoying the 360 and in return let others enjoy their Wii, or PS3, without all the bashing, for everyone's sake.:)

I have true factual evidence.

1. First of all, many GC owners are embarassed to own a GC and they know how much it sucked, so therefore since they dont have anything really exciting to play on GC they are quickly crossing over to the Wii. The PS2 and Xbox are still worth playing because they have a larger library of games and online play and these owners dont feel the need to rush and buy a new console until more games comes out and price drops.

2. Second, casuals and Wiisports. Wiisports is all they are going to play. They dont care about Zelda, Metroid, SSBB, RE UC, etc. They just care about bowling and swinging that Wiimote to hit a homer. They dont know why they are buying a Wii, they want that fun in Wiisports nothing more.

3. Third, ingenious false hype from Nintendo. Claiming this Wiimote is like the second coming of the Almighty. By stating the Wiimote is much superior than a traditional pad and allows for a more fun way to play. So far the Wiimote has not proved a thing unless you love those minigames.

4. Fourth, People see the $250 price tag and look at MS and Sony systems and freak out. These people actually believe they are getting the graphics of the 360 or PS3 in the Wii because its a new console only being sold for cheaper. Image the sadness they feel when getting home and playing it. A few people I knew thought the Wii offered true next gen graphics because it was a "new" system but they were wrong. Gotta pay extra for that HD graphics.

5. Fifth, They hear about this online stuff and automically assume it is gonna be like Live or Home. Only to be dissapointed when you need Friend Codes and so far no Wii games have been online.

6. Sixth, No parent or guardian will spend $400+ so their kids can play video games. Those kids are probably a little sad recieving a Wii when they see a 360 or PS3 game running on their older cousin's HDTV.

7. Seventh, the whole premisis of the Wii. Appealing to casuals of all ages with cheaply made minigames.

Last, People are just mainly buying it for Wiisports just to have a 3 week honeymoon with fun. Plus the attach rate for 3rd party Wii games is just poor. Not to mention hardcore Wii owners are starved for games so much that they have to lower their standards and choose the Wii version of Splinter Cell Double Agent over the 360 or PS3 one. Not to mention the games so far for the Wii suck and the 360 is far superior. Dont give me this Wiimote is all about the gameplay crap cuz the gameplay on Wii is beyond terrible.

What happens 5 years down the road when the PS3 has nearly every game and the Wii has only minigames? Be realistic. The PS3 has not even got its price drop and all those games, but when it does where will the Wii be? Jeez sheep, this gen has a long way to go.

Gamecube sold poorly, yes...and even dropping the price to $99 with Super Mario Kart: Double Dash included didn't help it.  PS3 has a stigma attached to it...a negative stigma.  The price is too high for most people.  However, even with a price drop, the damage may still remain.  It is hard to get rid of a negative stigma.  Gamecube had it, and now PS3 has it.  DMC4 and GTAIV are now multiplats. 

Also, be realistic here.  PS3's games aren't that great right now either.  Wii and PS3 have some bad games out right now.  PS3 can barely compete with the GBA :lol:

If PS3 doesn't start selling better soon, Sony is going to have a problem.  3rd parties will either abandon PS3, or make multiplat games that were supposed to be exclusive to PS3. 

You can call sheep every name in the book, and you can act all high and mighty about your "knowledge" of the gaming industry.  Truth is, you have no clue what will happen, and neither do I.  But right here, right now, your precious PS3 is getting obliterated by Wii in sales, and I can tell it is making you mad :lol:

Haha....Wii's Online service is MUCH better than Home...PS3 does NOT know how to do Online!!! And Online games ARE out in Europe and Japan....and Olnine games are coming out THIS month in NA...so you should get your facts straight
