I miss the old rating system!

Am i the only one that really misses the old Gamespot rating system?

I would have loved to see what BioShock would have gotten and I want to see the Gameplay,Value,Tilt, Graphics, Sound scores.

Also, now I know that every game that is 8.6-9.4 level will get a 9.0...

Gamespot, we all know that the reviews are only for seeing if you should buy the game or not, but it is really fun to see a detailed review and critique!

Now, Gamespot has nothing really that special on its main site.(system wars is also not as good since you can't say like i bet this game will get 9.4 or something). This site was popular for the reviews, but now the only one similar to Gamespot's is IGN... but it's still not nearly as good as Gamespot's old one. The reviews is what kept me coming to this site, I remember for years being excited to see what Gamespot game the game, but now, it's just way too simplified, it makes me feel like I'm reading some Maxim/Playboy review.

Oh well, I'll try to tell myself reviews are only there to see whether or not you should buy it, like Gamespot says they are.

Everyone does...but I guess they might have been getting a bed rep from all the lower PS3 scores on all multiplats because of the minor differences. So they simplified it. Which sucks.

Everyone misses it. We all have to learn to move along in our lives.

I'm guessing that since no one likes it they will go back in a few months. I hope.meetroid8
