I think Arc's motion control is going to be better than the Wiimote with M+

Arc could be better but the question is, will it have the games to back it up? Its not the main control for ps3, so the install base is low, which will effect 3rd party games from been made. Theres no way to tell if Arc or Natal will beat the wiimote at its game untill we see sales.

The closer we get to the Arc's release, their going to annouce a nunchuck add on, you can't play games with just that you need an analog stick for FPS games. There just holding off because they don't want to be flamed for completely ripping off Nintendo's controller.

Using the Dual shock and Arc will be akward, for Resident evil 5

MotionPlus is being bundled with controllers now. As well as sold seperately. Considering that some people already have the PSEye, I would assume that the Arc will be sold separately. Though hopefully it will come in a bundle as well (with two Arc controllers would be ideal).

Yes it probably will be better hardware. But it already lost when Zelda was annouced w/motion plus. Games make the hardware.
