I think Grand Theft Auto 4 gets alot of undeserved Hate.

I see alot of people who constantly say that GTA IV is a bad game. While it did not deserve the perfect score so many places gave it, it's still one of the best games released last year. I recently played through my second time and found myself still impressed by many of the aspects of the game. Sure it has it's problems, mainly the annoying phone calls from friends; but I can't help but feel it could be improved upon (Less Phone Calls; More Activities to Do (A reason why Brucie is the 'funnest' person to hang out with) ).I can honestly say that Grand Theft Auto IV trumps the PS2 games, and I hope the next installment continues what was started in GTA IV.

GTA4 was a great game but not as great as some of the awards it's gotten like best story and such. gta was a solid game and extremely fun multiplayer but i alot of the hate comes from people overhyping it or overrating it to the point where they treat it like the second coming of jesus

People need to let go of their fond memories ofSan Andreas and enjoy GTAIV for the great game that it is.

Most of the hate started when L&D was released and turned out to be awesome. Hmm, funny that.

Actually I'm pretty sure "most" of the hate happened before the Lost and Damned.

Rockstar did make a technical marvel and you can tell that they were really trying to make a great game. It's just that I missed the San Andreas craziness like driving off of mountain sides in a hover craft and flying across half the island. I mean they did a great job, but I think that they missed the mark by not producing the same rediculous stuff that made san andreas so much fun
